We handle the core monthly accounting, including transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting. Our goal is to keep your books accurate, organized, and ready for tax preparation.

We are very transparent with our pricing, and hence have provided tiered fixed pricing above. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your business, including transaction volume and number of accounts. There are no contracts, and engagements are month-to-month, with 30 day notice to cancel by either party.

Note that the monthly tiered pricing above is for the core monthly bookkeeping services. If your books have not been maintained well until now, there may be a one-time “clean up” or “catch up” service to reconstruct the past months/years of accounting (typically estimated at 1-2 months of the monthly recurring fee).

Our bookkeeping services are typically structured on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. You can continue, adjust, or cancel services as your business needs evolve, with simple notice terms outlined upfront. Services are automatically renewed monthly until cancelled, with 30-day notice.

Yes. We are CPAs, and can prepare your tax returns as well, for a separate fee. Or we can work alongside your current CPA by maintaining clean, tax-preparer ready books. Whether we prepare your taxes or someone else does, us preparing the bookkeeping helps streamline tax filings and reduce back-and-forth at year-end.

For monthly bookkeeping clients, we update and reconcile your accounts at the end of each month and provide financial reports on a consistent timeline. (We can of course update your books more frequently than that, for an increased fee.)

Absolutely. We offer clean-up and catch-up services to bring your books up to date, whether you’re a few months or a few years behind. These are billed as one-time charges (typically estimated at 1-2 months of the monthly recurring fee).

We primarily work with QuickBooks for small- and medium-sized businesses, and can help set up, clean up, or optimize your system to ensure everything runs smoothly. (We can work with other software as well, such as Xero or NetSuite. Inquire for more information.)

No. We work with your existing accounts and tools whenever possible and can integrate directly with most major banks and platforms.

Yes. You’ll have full access to your accounting system and receive clear monthly reports so you always understand your financial position.

As much or as little as you prefer. Some clients stay hands-on, while others fully outsource the process. We adapt to your level of involvement.
